Greetings BC Libraries Cooperative Members,

Please note that the 2011 BC Libraries Cooperative's Members Council  meeting will be held this year at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 9th.

The meeting will be held at the Cooperative's boardroom, 8th floor,  605 Robson Street, Vancouver. Dial-in information will follow closer  to the meeting date.

An agenda and informational reports will be distributed no later than Thursday, November 10th, 2011.

All Cooperative member institutions may send a representative to attend and participate in the Members Council meeting. Voting will  be weighted according to the formula in Appendix C of the Service Management Agreement, available on the Cooperative's Website at: http://tinyurl.com/42clhpc
